1. Before construction, recheck the quality of the main structure against the skeleton design of the aluminum curtain wall. Because the quality of the main structure has a great impact on the arrangement position of the curtain wall skeleton. In particular, the deviation of the perpendicularity and flatness of the wall, as well as the position of the window opening of the external wall, will affect the horizontal position of the entire curtain wall.
2. Check the construction drawings and on-site measured dimensions in detail to ensure the perfection of design and processing.
3. The aluminum curtain wall is constructed by scaffolding. According to the height and width specified in the curtain wall skeleton design drawing, double row scaffolding is erected for construction. The distance between the scaffold and the wall shall not be less than 5cm for convenience of construction. 4. The plastering construction of the bottom layer of the exterior wall surface is completed, and the inspection and acceptance are qualified.
